Supervision
I supervise colleagues of all psychotherapeutic backgrounds
My supervision style is experience-oriented and theory-driven. Supervision follows psychodynamic and humanistic, person-centered-experiential concepts. The focus is on shared reflection on the process, inner attitudes, transference and countertransference phenomena, psychodynamic understanding, and the identification of incomplete emotional processing processes.
Supervision of psychodynamic psychotherapy
In cooperation with various training and continuing education institutes, I supervise psychodynamic psychotherapy sessions for colleagues in training and continuing education.
Supervision of Humanistic Psychotherapy
This supervision can be used by colleagues who already work with humanistic psychotherapy or who wish to integrate humanistic approaches more extensively into their therapeutic work.
Intensive Supervision
Intensive Supervision gives You the opportunity to watch your own therapy session very intensively. You will record or transcribe a session on video. We will watch the video and transcript separately and together, examining the therapeutic process from a microanalytic perspective. You will receive detailed feedback from me.

Setting
- I only supervise individual therapy sessions with adults.
- Supervision sessions can be booked individually or in groups.
- Supervision groups typically have up to four participants. The length of the supervision session depends on the number of participants. Please register as a complete group, name a contact person, and book 10 sessions in a block (e.g. monthly). The contact person will be responsible for organizing the group and communicating with me.
